To visit Father Christmas and receive a gift, please book a Santa Ticket for each child. Accompanying adults do not need a Santa Ticket.

All visitors, including adults and children, must also have a valid Entry Ticket. Santa Tickets are an add-on experience and are not valid for entry on their own.

When booking, you will select a time slot for your visit to Father Christmas. You may arrive at any time from your booked time up to 25 minutes afterwards. For example, if your time slot is 2.30pm, you may arrive between 2.30pm and 2.55pm.
