If you do not a printer (or it has broken), you can forward the email with your tickets onto a friend/family member/work for printing. Alternatively, you can save the ticket PDF file on your smart phone and show your tickets for entry this way instead.

The tickets are sent as a PDF file. You will need to download this file to your computer and open it up. This type of file requires Adobe to work, if you are unsure whether your computer has this please go to http://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/
